- Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with Core Engineering recruitment to lead our Bangalore recruitment team.

- The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles, and will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the team, and ensure successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies analyze market trends forecast hiring needs.

- Mentor and develop recruiters set goals foster a collaborative culture.

- Oversee active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms manage mass mailing and job posting campaigns.

- Partner with hiring managers align recruitment with organizational goals report to senior leadership.

- Enhance recruitment processes ensure legal compliance maintain ATS accuracy.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics prepare reports use data for decision-making.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mandatory).

- 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles (Mandatory).

- Proven experience in recruitment strategies and platforms.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.

- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
