Manager - Recruitment - Engineering (Non - IT)
- Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with Core Engineering recruitment to lead our Bangalore recruitment team.
- The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles, and will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the team, and ensure successful talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mandatory).
- 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in recruitment strategies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
