Manager - Recruitment - eCommerce

Hiring for a recruitment manager for a fashion eCommerce venture of a billion dollar group. The group has been in business from last 7 decades (estb in 1931)and have a turnover of $1 billion and are 25000+ member strong. They have well known own brands, licensed international brands and also retail brands in their portfolio.

The eCommerce venture aims to reach Rs 1000 cr revenue from E-commerce in 3 years

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruitment space

Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce recruitment (both tech and non-tech hiring)

MBA mandatory from tier-1/tier 2 colleges

Should have good communication skills and ability to talk to stakeholders at all the levels of the organisation
