Key Responsibilities :-
- Sourcing CVs through Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Social Media and Recruitment Consultants
- Sourcing new Recruitment Consultants
- Screening of CVs based on shortlisting criteria provided
- Interview coordination
- Getting feedback from Interviewers, and sharing it with candidates, consultants and employees
- Coordination for Salary documents
- Support in salary negotiation
- Follow up with the candidate till the date of joining
- Handholding of the candidate for the initial period of 3 months, for any support required.
- Preparing and sharing recruitment reports
Experience, Exposure and Attitude :
- Should be knowing sourcing through Job Portals CV Search & Job Posting
- Should be knowing usage of Social Networking sites for sourcing CVs LinkedIn, Facebook, Whatsapp
- Strong followup and coordination skills
- Prompt and responsive
- Familiar with Gmail, Excel and Web Browsers
