Position : Manager - Recruitment

Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

- Process improvement and implement best practices in Recruitment function

- Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Electing the best options for sourcing profiles and assisting in early closures.

- Training employees and setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies to align with the organization's policies and goals.

- Lead vendor management and monitor their performance periodically

- Work with the business stakeholders to forecast headcount plans and ensure cost-effective measures of manpower planning.

- Initiating various recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards

- Ability to coach and lead a team of recruiters

- Lead background verification process

Skills/Experience :

- Total experience of 8 to 10 year with at least two to three years in recruitment

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills

- Familiar with working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way

- Proficient in usage of MS Office tools

- Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills

- Experience in Technical recruiting will be an added advantage

- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Education Requirements :

Full-time Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources from a Premier Institute is a must
