- Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfills Clients hiring needs.
- Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.
- Build a strong, dynamic and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.
- Impart hands-on training for recruitment team-members.
- Visit the client when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand client expectations, provide market insights, and contribute to client retention and growth.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance the overall delivery and quality of IT staffing services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment tools, recommending improvements and innovations.
- Prioritize work and review it with recruiters.
Qualification And Experience :
- MBA in HR & Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.
- Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, specifically in the BPO & IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of the BPO/ IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results and meeting recruitment targets.
- Must possess good email etiquettes.
- Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time.
