CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, including campus and lateral hiring.
- The incumbent would be expected to come up with a recruitment plan based on the approved headcount
- Identify relevant sources for recruitment, stay networked in the industry, track movements of key potential talent in the market
- Be able to manage multiple business lines and multiple stakeholders at a time.
- Should be good in People Management
- Strategies implement new HR programs and activities.
