Manager - Recruitment - BPO/KPO

We have an immediate requirement for Talent Acquisition/ Staffing lead for a leading organization at Bangalore

Candidates Skills required:

- Full Time MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 8-11 years and good experience in NON IT recruitment from BPO/ KPO process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to drive the Resourcing Strategy and handling recruitments for NON - IT (Manufacturing, Finance)

- Responsible for coordinating with stake holders

- Responsible for over all Talent Acquisition Capability building

- Regularly interacts with the clients to develop a thorough understanding of the business needs.
