JOB DESCRIPTION: Manager- Supply (Recruitment) - Manage and increase the supply of suitable candidates for specific job roles. - Need domain expertise in hiring of large numbers. - Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements etc. - Plan and implement a whole supply chain strategy for the recruitment team. - Determine KPIs and suggest solutions for process improvement. - Train and manage the whole team. Require team management skills. - Keep detailed records, generate reports, and handle meetings to help management understand the various requirements of clients. - Find the best sources of supply and maintain external relations. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites etc. - Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans that facilitate growth. Qualifications Required - 1. Graduate from a Top tier Institute. 2. MBA in HR preferred. 3. Past Experience in Recruitment ( 3-7 Years). 4. Past experience in managing a large team size of recruitment associates. Minimum- 40 members. 5. Excellent Communication skills. 6. Great management skills. 7. Hard-working and able to handle professional commitments to their completion.
