- Sourcing candidates through various job-sourcing mediums such as Placement Consultancies, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referral, Job Postings,
- Resume screening and pre-selection process in order to source quality and suitable candidates
- Scheduling and conducting Interviews with the technical panel
- Getting the quantified feedback from the technical panel
