- Managing hiring team 

- Short-listing, Screening and Validating Candidates (Bulk Recruitment), corporate, BPO.

 - Heading subsidiary HR life - cycle

Talent Acquisition & Management :

- Leading Hiring team 

- Sourcing candidates through various job-sourcing mediums such as Placement Consultancies, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referral, Job Postings, 

 - Resume screening and pre-selection process in order to source quality and suitable candidates 

- Scheduling and conducting Interviews with the technical panel 

- Getting the quantified feedback from the technical panel
