Manager - Recruitment - BFSI/IT/ITeS

We have an immediate requirement for Talent Acquisition/ Staffing lead for a leading Financial Shared services organisation at Bangalore

Candidates Skills required:

- Experience from IT/ ITES/ FS Industry Only

- Full Time Graduate /MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 8-11 years and good experience in recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling recruitment, hiring at all levels.

- Working with members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities

- Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other team members

- Regularly interacts with hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the business needs.
