- Responsible for leading the research for executive roles (SVP, MD and above) for India & Philippines, including sourcing and mapping focusing on passive candidate talent pool
- Proactively and strategically, map competitor organizations and markets to identify the best pools of talent and generate strong market knowledge and intelligence across the Financial services and Technology Industry
- Analyze market intelligence to help inform your opinion on talent pools in various markets around the world
- Provide strong and tailored longlists and shortlists for critical open roles and to support with internal succession planning
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in the applicant tracking system (Kenexa)
- Manage a compliant and audit-ready hiring process; be up to speed on all relevant and applicable local regulatory and corporate requirements and ensure they are met at all times
- Be able to meet key recruiting metrics, eg time, cost, quality and effectiveness of hire
- Understand the transformation that Wells Fargo is currently going through and how best to sell this to potential candidates
Successful track record of 5 - 8 years of leading research/team of researchers, focusing on financial services and technology industries, gained as an in-house executive recruiter and/or an executive search consultant
- Able to direct source for robust and diverse external shortlists through key talent channels, including professional networking, referrals and market mapping
- Be able to map & understand candidate profiles, behaviors across India and the Philippines; other geographic exposure preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior candidates, sometimes over a long period of time
- Proficient with various contact management or applicant tracking systems
- An impeccable reputation for integrity and ability to work confidentially
