Manager - Recruitment - BFSI

One of our leading clients in Mumbai is looking only Male Candidates for Manager role who has good work experience both Recruitment and vendor management in Investment Banking Field.

Designation : Manager (IC) (Only for Male)

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Skills and Experience Required:

- Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline with over 8 Years of experience in recruitment

- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across locations and deliver against strict timelines

- Ability to convert strategic requirements into tactical tasks

- Strong decision making, influencing and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

- Identify new and existing Vendors to fulfill critical hiring requirements

- Build & Strengthen strong relationships with the empanelled vendors

- Select a pool of vendors basis displayed capability to service a given mandate in partnership with the Hiring team

- Cascade the hiring requirements to the selected vendors with the aid of either Vendor Calibrations calls/document

- Monitor the inflow and quality of profiles shared by the vendors & provide necessary corrective feedback if required

- Help drive Vendor Profile feedback with Hiring Team

- Ensure smooth communication on hiring updates to the respective vendors

- Follow up on Vendor - Candidate engagement routines for all offered candidates

- Partner with the vendors to gather Market Intelligence on niche/complex skills

- Share customized reports with the Hiring teams on Vendor Hiring updates

- Prepare & socialize the Vendor Scorecard bi annually

- Advise & guide the Hiring Teams on Duplicity source conflict cases

- Drive compliance for offers of candidates from Strategic partners & publish the same on a monthly basis

- Participate in the Annual delisting exercise in partnership with the Teams
