Description of Responsibility :
Sourcing and Recruitment Management :
- Create manpower plans and provide inputs on talent acquisition budgets in coordination with the functional heads
- Ensure manpower availability (internal and external) in line with business needs by driving the recruitment strategy at all levels
- Forecast long-term manpower demand and assess it against supply from internal and external sources
- Work with different functions to ensure updated organization positions and approved headcount are finalized
- Integrate the talent sourcing plan to identify positions to fill internally or externally
- Develop recruitment processes, procedures and policies for the organization with a view to enhance talent capability
- Build and maintain relationships with targeted channels/ hiring agencies for hiring employees for leadership roles
- Review job descriptions in order to create role clarity and attract talent which is able to create business impact
- Manage the Internal Job Posting process and applications and align them to vacancies after checking suitability
Onboarding of New Joiners :
- Complete pre-employment due diligence
- Ensure creation of appropriate Onboarding and orientation processes and manage implementation
- Ensure collection of feedback on the on-boarding/induction process and subsequently build on it for continuous improvement
Administrative :
- Provide admin support for recruitment - sourcing applications, scheduling interviews, candidate communication
- Ensure the maintenance of recruitment MIS and provide reports to HR head on recruitment decision making
- Ensure adherence to operating budget for Recruitment department
