This role entails developing Recruitment and Operations and making it a success through the implementation of acquiring the right people for the right job who can aid in organizational development, for an agri-tech startup based in Mumbai.
What will you do:
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle
- Working closely with BU Heads on Manpower Planning
- Working with HR head on Budgeting and Planning.
- Managing Vendors and analyzing vendor performance
- Handling Team of Recruiters
- Running campus relations and aiding in capability building through campus recruitment
- Creating and executing Dashboards for all aspects of the recruitment team and its performance
- Manage Joining, Onboarding and Induction of New Joinees
- Creating WOW experience at the time of Sourcing and Selection.
- Attracting talent at various forums
- Designing Recruitment Manual and Process for the Organisation
- Creating Different kinds of assessments at various levels for acquiring culturally fit talent
You should apply if you have:
- Graduate/Post Graduate In HRM or relevant Fields
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Recruitment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders for day-to-day tasks
- Good communication skills
- Great attention to detail while carrying out your responsibilities
