- Recruitment Manager who has very good comm skill & hand on exp in recruitment process, team handling, escalation handling .
- Candidate should be from tier one organization only .

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire diverse, high-caliber candidates for all departments.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure success.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific needs.
- Effectively handle candidate escalations and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Proactively identify and utilize diverse talent pools to build a more inclusive workforce.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, particularly within the D&I space.
Qualifications:
- 8-11 years of experience in recruitment management, preferably within a high-growth or tier-one organization.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion and a demonstrated commitment to building a diverse workforce.
- Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
