Job Description:
- Maintain and build relationship with the existing clients
- Develop new clients
- Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams
- Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.
- Manpower Planning & Forecasting
- Meeting & interacting with the Project Managers to discuss various parameters and timelines & to understand the requirements, preparing the job descriptions and other related activities
- Managing projects. Provide effective leadership to the project team managing client interactions
- Developing strategies and policies to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- National Talent Mapping, Industry Overview, recruitment of good talent aligned to core value systems of the firms
- Accomplish Assignment with quality in TAT Importance of time, quality, targets
- Understanding clients need.
- Head Hunting.
- Meet revenue and bottom line targets
- Manage a team of Recruiters and coordinate with other department personnel as & when required
- Mapping the relevant targets for end to end deliveries.
- Training & development of team.
- Submit Weekly/Monthly sales reports.
