Experience: 4-9 yrs in recruitment
Location: Pune ( Near Pune railway station )
- Will be responsible for managing a team of 4-10 recruiters.
JD:
- Prepare sourcing plans basis requirements and monitor progress against plan
- Manage performance of sourcing executives
- Plan sourcing communication and promotions
- Coordinate with recruitment managers across locations
- Improve recruitment process and sourcing effectiveness
- Implement effective process to ensure best-in-class candidate experience
DESIRED PROFILE:
- 4-9 years of overall experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial role in talent acquisition.
- End to end experience of recruitment, sourcing
- In-depth experience of direct sourcing e.g. referrals, job portals, online media
- Experience of managing multi-location, multi-skill staffing
- Process oriented and ability to manage and influence stakeholder expectation
