We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, client management, and leadership hiring. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with industry leaders and contribute to impactful hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
- Leadership Hiring: Focus on mid-to-senior level and leadership roles, identifying and engaging top talent to meet client expectations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize headhunting techniques, networking, and digital platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Market Research: Provide clients with insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on recruitment goals and strategies, ensuring seamless execution of hiring processes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment methods to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on leadership and mid-to-senior level hiring.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in executive search, recruitment firms, or leadership hiring in consulting, technology, financial services, or similar industries is advantageous.
- Client Engagement: Proven ability to manage client relationships with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and negotiation techniques.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.
