Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent for open positions.

- Utilize various sourcing channels (online job boards, professional networks, social media) to identify and connect with qualified candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Interview Management & Selection:

- Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, following established interview processes.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate skills and experience.

- Coordinate reference checks and manage offer negotiations.

Recruitment Process & Compliance:

- Maintain and update job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements.

- Ensure adherence to all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting.

- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- HR certification (e., SHRM-CP) a plus
