What you'll do :
- Own India operations and processes for Recruiting
- Lead and scale strategic programs which may include: candidate experience, workforce planning, recruiting coordination, recruiting capacity planning, interviewer capacity planning, recruiting training and development, onboarding, communication, change management and process mapping and optimization.
- Plan and direct strategic initiatives including developing project and program plans, business cases, project charters, stakeholder analysis, and providing executive updates and communications
What you need to succeed :
- 15+ years experience scoping, leading and delivering complex programs and projects with a significant number of these years in Recruiting / Operations / Program Management roles.
- Previous experience both in recruiting and leading an operations team is a plus.
- Ability to define and execute on a holistic recruiting operations strategy supporting global recruiting strategies.
- Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize it for efficiency and quality
- Deep Project and Program Management experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence at all levels
- Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment and comfort rolling up sleeves to get things done
- BA/BS degree
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional groups, including external vendors
- Polished presentation and narrative development skills
- Strong analytic skills for developing accurate forecasts, and driving operational efficiency
