Job Description
- Ensure that actual financial results relating to Voice revenue and costs are complete, accurate, timely, consistent and in full compliance each month with policy
- Preparation of detailed commentary and monthly Voice business reporting
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for those accounts related to the Voice CoE
- Make recommendations concerning financial and operational results, problems, issues, trends etc.
- Ensures consistency and validity of all Voice management and financial reporting produced from the FSSC
- Understand and resolve accounting issues relating to Voice CoE
- Continuously review accounting processes and systems in the light of business requirements and identifies changes that are necessary to control the risks and/or improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Supports activities and projects within the Voice CoE.
Job Specifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, creativity, enjoy problem solving and have attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the financial information prepared within the Voice CoE
- ACA/CIMA or equivalent in India, 6+ years Post Qualification Experience
- Excellent excel skills and experience of financial modelling
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent financial system knowledge and financial reporting
- Strong ability to communicate to all levels, especially Senior Management
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction
- Confident in dealing with conflict fairly and decisively
