Job Description: RTR Manager
- The objective of Record to Report function is to reflect the financial position of the Company based on timely, complete and accurate information suitable for presentation to internal and external stakeholders. Hence this role requires a person with good technical knowledge and analytical & communication skills.
In detail the JD is as follows:
- Ensure monthly books of accounts closure process in timely and accurate manner
- Prepare monthly financial statement
- Analyse reports for obvious errors, omissions and inconsistencies in accounting transactions & reporting
- Ensure timely capitalisation of fixed assets
- Ensure timely reconciliations of related party transactions & ledger
- Review bank reconciliation statements and ensure necessary action on pending points
- Review inventory ageing and timely reporting
- Coordination with 3rd party service providers
- Track monthly performance against TAT of 3rd party service providers
- Identify process driven activities and transfer of the same to 3rd party service providers
- Ensure adherence to SOP & DOP
- Oversee improvement projects, including automations, simplifications and enhanced controls
- Ensure timely and without major observations closure of statutory audit
- Timely closure and action on Internal audits
- Drafting SOP and Financial controls metric
