Educational Background:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

- Additional certifications in real estate finance are a big plus.

Experience:

- 5-7 years of robust experience in real estate finance, particularly in business development and capital markets.

- A well-established network within the Bangalore real estate sector, with proven experience in executing high-value transactions.
