Job Requirements

Qualifications CA / MBA (Finance)

Experience 2-5 years of professional experience preferably with analyses/asset management experience with an emphasis in residential properties and markets.

Job Purpose : Real Estate Asset Management and Stressed Assets Resolutions

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Preparing various reports and MIS for effective monitoring of investments / investee companies

- Deviation analysis of actuals with milestones, budgets and forecasts etc. and raising of red flags on significant deviations

- Close monitoring of cash flows of the investee companies/investments including releases from escrow accounts

- Prepare and update internal valuation models, memos and reports for sharing with investors, consultants and other partners

- Close monitoring of resolution accounts involving preparation of resolution plans, regular site visits, cash flow monitoring, interaction with resolution professionals/ investee companies

- Conducting Site visits and reporting on progress

- Preparation/ Research of Relevant Micro-Markets

Functional Competencies

- Good analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

- Proficiency with modeling investments in Excel and good knowledge of PPT and MS word
