Manager - Real Estate Asset Management

a) Asset Management:

- Financial Analysis: Analyzing, maintaining and collecting data from internal and external sources for investment purposes; modeling investment cash flows and affiliated go-forward investment returns

- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Aggregating key financial data and identifying/reporting recent market trends; active communication of identified trends across insights to New York deal team colleagues

- Operational Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data to inform latest investment performance highlights

- Continuous Support: Develop comprehensive trackers, produce organized and strongly formatted presentations, map various P&Ls from different sources, support JV partnership oversight, and more.

b) Investment Publishing:

- Charts & Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparation and publication of investment reports, presentations and marketing materials in Blackstone format with map, pictures and other visuals.

- Research & Deal Related Market Data: Conduct in depth research on market trends, analysis of industry best practices to inform investment strategies and publication content.

- Data Analysis & Visualization: Perform data analysis on raw data to extract insights relevant to investment decision and convert into visually appealing and informative presentations and reports for stakeholders.

- Document Review & Editing: Conduct through reviews and re-format of investment documents in align with Blackstone guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to produce high quality investment materials.
