Job Description:

Mandate : Candidate should be handling team of 30 + members in R2R

Working with clients on open items and timely closure of the same

Recommend improved ways of working to eliminate non value add activities within the process

Managing SLA and driving the team to achieve / exceed SLA Targets.

Conduct internal reviews with key stakeholders and with clients.

Preparation for periodic Business Review

Understanding of Recons, Fixed Assets, Inter Company preparation and reporting

Ensure optimum work allocation.

Discussing Quality issues based on input from QM.

Implement corrective and preventive actions and review results.
