Role Purpose :
The Business Excellence team drives continuous improvement though various quality initiatives and improvement programs/ projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of a world class shared services center.
A Business Excellence Manager, would be responsible for :
- Aligning and executing Business Excellence strategy for the assigned vertical
- Enhance value creation to the business through various improvement initiatives
- Driving improvement in Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through mentoring and facilitating high impact Lean Six Sigma projects
- People capability development through training and certification of employees in Lean, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt methodologies
- Ensure Governance of Business Excellence initiatives
The role would require considerable people management skills along with strong understanding of continuous improvement process. The Job holder would need to ensure adherence to Internal Controls and BPMS norms relating to the continuous improvement process.
Desired Profile :
- Past Experience of leading Continuous Improvement projects
- Experience with survey management, forms, processes & analysis
- Financial literacy of approaches such as activity based costing, labour variance, dashboards etc
- Familiar with quality and business excellence tools and approaches such as Six Sigma, TQM, Lean, 5S, TOC etc.
Education/ Technical/ Functional Qualifications and/or Professional Certifications :
- Trained/Certifed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
