Job Description : &nbsp;Location - Chennai Key Responsibilities : - To drive Six Sigma &amp; Lean initiatives across the vertical and evolve the continuous improvement culture - Support management to identify and drive structured improvement projects - Work with teams to identify the gaps and provide tactical / strategic solutions to improve the quality of delivery - Organizing and leading Kaizen/Lean workshops, guide the project teams on doing Root Cause Analysis and identify Action Plan to eliminate Root Causes to achieve Project/ Program Objectives - To ensure all the SLAs are met regularly Job Skills/Qualifications : - Lean Six-Sigma experience including use of all relevant tools and delivery of training - Certified GB / BB(Preferred) - Previous relevant experience (~8 years) in working in process excellence, business excellence profile - Experience to manage multiple projects and proven execution of improvement projects - Experience in Minitab - Strong data analytics capabilities - Exposure towards TAC environment would be an added advantage
