Role Details:

- The Quality Manager will play an essential role in maintaining quality standards for the company in accordance with the standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in customer experience.

- This role will require the individual to be experienced in driving quality for a business through planning, tracking and managing audits, raising identified issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions which need to be driven to closure while maintaining frequent communication with stakeholders.


- The Quality manager will be required to consistently drive improvements within Cult's fitness centers encompassing roles such as trainers, center managers, housekeeping and at the facility level. The end goal is to monitor and report if all critical processes are followed on the ground while upholding the center quality at 'Always New' levels.

Key metrics the owner is responsible for includes :

- Audit adherence to schedule

- Audit quality

- Audit coverage

- Audit issues closure TAT and effectiveness

- Team productivity

- NPS

- Audit Scores

- Non conformance recurring rate

This role will be responsible for :

- 100% coverage of relevant audits Pan India - Ground and Remote

- Consistency of audits

- Quality of auditors

- Regular reporting with actionable insights

- Zero error tolerance and zero bias or influence in reporting

- Improvements in repeat defaulting instances through relevant stakeholders for both in-person audits and remote audits

The role would cover all 1P, 2P, 3P and centers across gyms, group workouts and sports Pan India.

- Proven experience as quality team manager

- Conscientious and responsible with a result driven approach

- A keen eye for detail

- Good communication skills

- Continuous improvement mindset

- Excellent organizational skills

- Proficient in MS Office / G Suite

- In depth understanding of quality control procedures

- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods

- Looking for candidates with a 'will do' mindset having 6 to 10 years of experience in a Quality role with a minimum of 3 years in team management.

- Good to have : Experience managing quality for an ISO certified company and in multiple industries.
