We are specifically looking for someone who has good amount of experience / exposure in handling Quality and Operational Excellence.
- Black Belt with recent Certification required. Master Black Belt would be an added advantage.
The incumbent will:
- Sets up and monitor compliance of internal processes.
- Helping to plan, design, and implement new operational processes
- Adds value by enabling improvements in company's processes and internal services
- Anticipates the needs of the business, listens to and addresses concerns
- Demonstrates a tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to flex delivery style to meet various needs
- Considers both internal stakeholder's and financial implications when making difficult decisions and builds contingency plans
- Applies sound judgement when faced with moderately difficult decisions
- Develops lasting internal client relationships and actively builds their network and a range of experience to help address client needs
- Effectively tracks compliance and regulatory requirements across offices
- Helps prepare the annual admin budget for the region
- Keeps track of all admin expenses (budget vs actual)
- Displays excellent project management skills to deliver high quality work on time and to budget
- Plan and re-schedule priorities and timescales in light of changing requirements
- Clearly articulates the expectation regarding work result, time effort and timelines to team members
- Ensures self and team comply with risk management requirements
- Demonstrates a deep expertise in area of expertise
- Staying abreast of current trends, pricing, and new technology in the industry aids in the evaluation and recommendation of new processes.
- Build team competencies integral to business finance role
- Actively seeks, embrace and acts upon 360 feedback
- Help others understand how their work contributes to the overall success of a project
- Oversee team members work performance, offering guidance and advice where needed and providing necessary feedback to management. Additionally, support to the team when new processes are rolled out.
- Effective incident information sharing with stakeholders to enable timely preventive actions
- Manage any event-related escalations and ensure smooth process delivery
- Undertakes People Management training
