- Understanding and analyzing current business process and identifying improvement areas for the process reengineering
- Designing and implementing system driven solution and automation of process
- Revamp and redesign internal & customer facing processes to bring automation and reduce human intervention
- Focus on scalability and effectiveness of each business process
- Working with the multiple stakeholders across businesses to drive improvements in the operational teams
- Design and implement Business Level dashboards to drive uniformity of performance and strategic business decision making
- Proving business analytics with comparison to internal and external marker for business excellence
- Work cross functionally with sales, Lab operations, and quality, logistics, and office functions to improve processes throughout the business
- Inform, influence, negotiate & persuade internal/external stakeholders in relation to continuous improvement efforts and initiatives
- Demonstrate a consistent ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, teach and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity
- Constantly working on projects to improving customer service and business excellence
- Bring automation and system integration for all functions
Qualification Required:
- MBA with Industrial Management
