Manager - Quality - Manufacturing Firm

1. Responsible for the QA/QC function across the plant and collaborated suppliers.

2. To manage along with the team members for product and process quality monitoring.

3. Responsible to implement and adhere QMS and BRC- Food Safety standard across plant and supplier.

4. Understand the requirements of QMS, BRC, product quality and quality tools & techniques.

5. Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

6. Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications.

7. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.

8. Conduct, organize, and facilitate internal audits, Surveillance and certification audit, customer audit and ensure compliance should meet as per system requirements.

9. Sound knowledge in adherence of SEDEX requirement across the plant.

10. To monitor and maintain GMP compliance through daily self audits and share outcomes with stakeholders.

11. Preparation for audits , document preparation , SOP, record preparation in compliance with system requirements
