Our client is an MNC in the electronics manufacturing space. With a capability across high-end electrical equipment, the organisation's India set up is based out of Gurgaon.

Description

Reporting in to the Plant Head, you will be responsible for:

- Establishing and maintaining the quality system within the India organisation.

- Establishing and maintaining ISO-14001 standards for the organisation.

- Planning and executing supplier quality management systems.

- Monitoring in-process quality.

- Controlling the quality of outgoing products.

- Implementing quality practices, and utilizing quality tools to ensure customer satisfaction.

- The personal and professional development of your team.

Profile

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:

- At least 5 years of experience in the quality function.

- An engineering degree in the electrical or electronics field.

- Prior experience managing quality in a plant set up.

- Prior experience in a team management role.
