Manager - Quality - FMCG

One of the leading FMCG is looking for Manager Quality.

This Position will be based in Madurai (Tamilnadu).

The candidate will reports to factory Head .

Experience: 10 years to 22 years

Understanding of Tamil Language is Important for this role

- The candidate will work with Quality Head to develop the plant's quality management strategy/plans, site quality policy and procedures in line with the company's strategy.

- Manage, support and provide direction and leadership to his Team Leaders

- He/She will be responsible for all plant quality activities - ensure implementation of Company Quality System for all materials, methods and people, effective testing of in-process and finished products, audits of the facilities, maintain specifications and standards as per Company programs, all regulatory compliance, effective operation of laboratories and pilot plant and maintain high GMP standards within the site.

- He/she will liaise with State FSSAI on regulatory issues affecting plant operations

- He/she will take care recruitment and selection of personnel for the Quality Department, training and development for team members.
