Quality Excellence Manager

My Client is a global leader in the manufacturing and sells kitchen and bath products, engines and power generation systems, cabinetry, tile and home interior and related products worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Develop the Quality Framework within GSS:

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define robust quality policies and procedure

- Establish Quality processes including Quality Planning, Assurance, Control and Improvement

- Defining quality standards and metrics for the services provided.

- Continue to apply learnings to enhance the framework and approach to Quality for GSS

- Own and drive Quality Best Practices within GSS

- Champion and Mentor Quality and CI Improvement Tools.

- Facilitating workshops, discussions with cross functional teams and leading quality diagnostics for articulation of process issues and solution formulation

- Foster a culture of Quality consciousness within the organization.

- Ensure the organization has a clear and shared understanding of what quality means to GSS and its stakeholders.

- Involve everyone in deployment of quality to ensure GSS delivers quality to its customers.

- Encourage stakeholder oriented and data driven usage of quality measures.

- GSS should adopt a process-oriented approach to quality where every activity is seen as a part of a larger system that affects the quality of outcomes.

- Encourage continuous improvement. Keep quality goals, strategies, practices in line with evolving companies business needs.

Education Qualifications:

- Graduate (Quality Management / Statistics) with a MBA or Btech.

Experience:

- Min Total experience: 10- 14 years with atleast 6 years Quality or Process Excellence domain in a captive GBS organization.

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Quality tools

- Problem Solving / Analytical Skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, GSS leaders, and other stakeholders. Should be proficient to articulate issues and explain their findings to various stakeholders.

- High energy level, confident, assertive and a team player

- Customer focused.

- Process Oriented

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills.

- Business acumen and ability to prioritize.
