Manager - Quality Assurance (Holography)

- COA to all export, domestic for all corporate customers.

- Process, Product, Process audit, packing and loading audit as per plan (Daily/weekly/monthly)

- Quality inspection of incoming packing material

- New RM sample analysis/ Packing material analysis, trial, and validation as per company requirement.

- Any special testing/ interunit sample testing as and when required.

- Data preparing after Non-conforming product approval (by Production and TS).

- ISO -CSM updation

- R&D/ benchmarking customer sample testing.

- OTR and WVTR testing

- Sales return material inspection and salvage plan

- New product development trial coordination for special testing, knowledge transfer to production/QA persons

- A-4 sample sheets and TDS

- End to End Sample Management (Sample requirement to sample feedback to commercialization)

- Customer complaint analysis and CAPA coordination. (CAPA implementation Audit)

- Attending Customer complaint

- Quality assurance of all the products which are categorized as Special Products (as defined by R&D)

- Arrangement of Training/communication awareness for customer application and product conformance to all concerned.

- Establish all the products and their quality plan (CSM).

Qualification And Experience:

1. CIPET/ Diploma or BSc with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in QA/QC /TS & Audit and Candidates from TMP/ Paper lamination industry will be considered.

2. Should have in-depth knowledge of flexible packaging process and inputs

3. Guide QC team to resolve problems

4. Plant compliance by implementing processes like a mix-up, validation etc.

5. Knowledge: Printing, Slitting, Gluing, lamination and cutting

6. Evaluate, analyze and resolve consumer complaints ensuring prompt feedback with CAPA
