Manager - Quality Assurance - General Insurance

Job Description: QA Manager (General Insurance Domain).

We are seeking a QA Manager with expertise in the General Insurance domain to lead our Quality Assurance efforts for insurance product development and ensure high-quality standards across the board.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement QA strategies tailored to General Insurance products and processes.

- Should have experience in working on RFP/RFI for QA programs.

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure efficient testing and quality practices.

- Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases, ensuring full coverage of insurance functionality.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards during testing and release processes.

- Implement automated testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.

- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for testing in alignment with insurance processes.

- Manage the tracking and resolution of defects related to general insurance systems.

- Monitor and report on QA metrics, offering insights into the overall product quality.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

- Guide, mentor, and support QA team members in their professional development.

- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects impacting insurance systems.
