- Identify and ensure we comply with all regulation, standards and quality procedures required to safely clean packaging for reuse.

- Be responsible for the regulatory compliance and safe running of our own sites.

- Work with our engineering team to validate new cleaning processes & technology are passing our own quality standards and those of our brand partners.

- Work with our partnerships team to ensure our operations deliver upon the brands quality requirements and support in the sales process by answering any questions/concerns that brand partners have.

- Ensure HACCP plan is in place and up to date.

- Ensure that all relevant specifications and SOP's are in place.

- Ensure that we meet the most relevant industry accreditations - BRCGS / SALSA / etc

- Be the main point of contact if quality and compliance issues arise.
