Manager - Quality

Will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the full SDLC including Test Plan, validation and delivery.

- Demonstrated ability to create a successful application test strategy, test plans, test cases , traceability methods & Quality Metrics

- Take complete ownership and responsibility of functional areas.

- Participate in testing and QA of functional domain of the business applications.

- Allocate and schedule work for team members and define tasks for team members.

- Perform test scripts reviews.

- Work with development teams to define and execute testing strategies and who will define, develop and deliver test solutions.

- Experience in handling Functional Testing, Automation and Non-Functional Testing teams.

Looking for people with Software Quality Assurance experience from the Investment Banking Domain

Essential:

- 8 years of relevant experience

- A minimum of Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject is required, plus relevant experience or training in many of the main duties specified in the Job Specification.

- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of, and exposure to, the majority of the primary development technologies listed in the Job Specification.

- Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies

- 6+ years of test case and test plan design/maintenance

- Automated and performance testing experience

- Experience with designing and developing test cases based upon system specifications documentation
