Purchase Manager- FMCG

- Candidates with experience working in UAE with Ice Cream or FMCG companies only will be preferred.

- Responsible for planning and procuring all materials, engineering parts and equipment's in a timely and cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Procurement planning for the year on the basis of Sales and production Projections and past Data & consumption.

2. Forecasting the requirements for all inventories of Raw material, Packing Material, Engineering Consumables, and Stationary Items.

3. To Give Delivery Scheduling of all planned goods for just-in-time delivery to improve use of limited storage space.

4. Track complete purchasing process from Purchase requisition, approval, Issue & control purchase orders, scheduled deliveries, and timely receipt of materials to ensure smooth production operations as per the plan.

5. Analysis of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Good Receipt Notes, Inventory Levels & Monitoring the Consumption Pattern etc and advising on short coming and change process.

6. Responsible for ensuring Optimum Inventory Levels as per the norms to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.
