Manager - Purchase & Contract
1. The candidate is required to manage entire procurement value chain for Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
2. Award of contracts to sub-contractors and consultants.
3. Get quotes, analyse and prepare comparative statements, internal costing, negotiation, techno-commercial evaluations and placement of orders, follow up for dispatches, arranging logistics etc.
4. Support the sales teams with pre-bid offers.
5. Drafting of contracts, tax optimization, ensure vendor compliances with GST, TDS deductions etc.
6. This role requires cross functional coordination with engineering and project teams to ensure the project meets all targets and expectations set by the Customers.
7. The role requires the candidate to work standalone and also coordinate with other functions as required and meet project deadlines.
8. Candidate should be able develop healthy relationships with vendors, develop new vendors, expand relationship with current vendors, work towards getting credit-based supplies from the vendors and be able to meet the Project targets against budgetary estimates.
