Position: Manager - Publisher Management

Exp: 5-10 yrs

Location - Mumbai - Work from office(Andheri East)

CTC : 20 - 25L

Client : An MNC Adtech company (with Offices in: New York | Los Angeles | Dubai | Zurich | Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore)

Brief:

- Own operational aspects, including integration, onboarding and analytics for new Supply Partners

- Responsible for the P&L of supply partners and identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with product and engineering for product enhancements and tech requests from publishers

- Independently analyze data to draw insights and inferences, and engage with partners to drive programmatic growth and volume

- Build relationships with supply partners and work collaboratively to grow the account

- Work with programmatic demand team to review and investigate potential growth opportunities

- Work day-to-day to resolve publisher issues and requests

- Create periodical reports, dashboards and PPTs for internal and external stakeholder reviews.

- Ensure Supply partners receive the highest level of customer service and support

- Become an SME in the role and explain product / value proposition to prospective clients or to grow top line revenue for existing clients

- Engage prospective clients within depth knowledge of platform

Key skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across business, product and tech teams.

- Ability to work independently to manage relationships with US Supply Partners and assess partnership viability and growth opportunities.

- Proactive attitude with excellent project management and time management skills

- Having an understanding of ad-tech ecosystem will be a plus

Quali- cations:

- At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in account management in E-commerce, SAAS, PAAS, Ad-Tech (preferred)

- Sound knowledge of advertising networks and/or publishers is preferred

- Excellent MS of- ce skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

- Bachelor's degree in any stream
