Manager - Public Relations & Marketing - Travel/Hospitality

- Public Relations: Work closely with integrated (PR and digital) and media planning agencies to identify relevant platforms to amplify the marketing message, including proactive and reactive media engagements, traditional and new media cultivation, PR activations, and crisis comms management.

- Marketing promotions: Work on short-term promotional efforts and a longer-term market development plan to increase visitor arrivals and tourism receipts to the respective destination in South East Asia. This includes proactively prospecting new marketing opportunities, pitching marketing collaborations to both internal and external stakeholders, and assessing marketing proposals and business considerations.

- Channel Development: Collaborate with both tourism and non-tourism partners such as airlines, travel agents, media, travel booking platforms (online and offline), banks, event platforms, and tech partners in marketing and promoting the respective destination.

- Market coverage: Execute market engagement initiatives in Maharashtra (focussing on Mumbai and Pune), delivering across its 360-degree business and marketing activities. This includes regional-specific activities in the respective vernacular languages (Hindi and Marathi).

- Market research: Undertake market intelligence and research into customer trends and emerging customer segments, as well as competitors' activities, to deepen insights into key consumer groups and identify opportunities to further grow International tourism in South East Asia.

Ad-hoc projects: Deliver on any assigned workstreams that may arise from time to time, based on operational and business needs
