Marketing Manager MX
As MX Marketing Manager you will :
- Define and drive all push and pull demand generation activities for your region, with a strong focus on lead generation through acquisition and expansion, in line with sales target set for your region
- Manage all channel marketing activities for your region, with a strong focus on communication and lead generation through our distributor and reseller network
- Close-the-loop lead management
- Channel Marketing - Partner management, promotion, schemes, Distributor support Monitor partner performance, including leads follow-up and ROI of Market Development Funds
- Report on campaign success and business contribution
- Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders in the company, including sales, strategic marketing and corporate marketing
- Manage Budgets
- Drive BTL events
- Initiate and manage strategic Alliances
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years marketing experience, with strong background in demand generation
- Experience in IT B2B marketing with a tier 2 channel.
- Familiar with working in a matrix organization
- Analytical with project management and planning skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business and market requirements and prioritize concurrent, and even opposing, business needs and opportunities.
- Results-oriented; adept at driving action based on insights
- Self-motivated, and positive with a - can-do- attitude
Skills :

- Pragmatic, energetic, self-starting leader and highly motivated achiever who is both strategic and operational.
- apt to design and deliver (channel) marketing programs resulting in high ROI Experience in setting up and using marketing automation campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills; ability to navigate across and exert influence on multiple stakeholder groups, and build personal relationships with key people within the channel organization
- Hands-on application of 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, communication channels, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition and marketing program development and execution.
- Pioneering mindset, ready for data-driven sales and marketing approach
- Detail oriented, organized and self-assured with strong listening skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
