- Liasoning with Government Offices esp. all the Ministry

- Attending to court matters Supreme Court, High court etc related to pending cases of various plants of the Company

- Matters related to Sales Tax Excise

Liasioning with Government Offices:

- Matters relating to Directorate General of Foreign Trade : To follow the guidelines defined in the EXIM (export & import) Policy regarding exporting and importing of goods.

- The entire procedure includes the submission of application, which is followed by obtaining sanction, assurance and release order for the consignment.

- Complete and revised information from the Government Policy, Act and Procedures are provided to the clients.

To deal with all the Ministries

- Ministry of Commerce

- Ministry of External Affairs

- Ministry of Foreign Trade

- The Ministry Of Communications

- Dept of Scientific & Industrial Research - DSIR ( Matters related to research & development)

Qualification:

- Graduate / LLB/ MBA/PGDM
