Key Responsibilities:
Strategic PR Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives to promote Inshorts and its products.
- Identify key opportunities to amplify brand messaging across traditional and digital media.
Agency Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for PR agencies, ensuring effective communication, timely execution of campaigns, and delivery of measurable results.
- Review, approve, and provide feedback on press releases, pitches, and other PR content developed by the agency.
Social Media Management for Key Stakeholders:
- Strategize and oversee the social media presence of key company executives to position them as thought leaders in the industry.
- Work closely with internal teams to create engaging content and maintain consistency in tone and messaging.
Media Relations:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers across relevant sectors.
- Coordinate media interviews, press briefings, and speaking opportunities for key personnel.
Content Creation & Review:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling narratives, stories, and content for media, social platforms, and external publications.
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand values and product goals.
Crisis Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks and manage communications during crises to safeguard the brand's reputation.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on PR campaign performance, media coverage, and social media metrics.
- Use insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- experience in public relations, with a proven track record of managing PR agencies and executing successful campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies for professional profiles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in tech, media, or digital industries.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualification - Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
