The founders are Wharton business school and IIT alumni and are veterans in the world of start-ups. Their tech-enabled booking solutions and industry-wide endorsement for service standards fit well into the role of a preferred partner for Australia-based travel management firm FCM Travel Solutions.
As a Manager- Property Acquisitions, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, marketing, prospecting and executing hotel leasing options.
What you will do:
- Assisting the Hub-Head in the business development plan for the acquiring hotels on management.
- Creating the pipeline to execute the expansion plan.
- Creating leasing feasibility analyses, market surveys and projections during property acquisition due diligence period.
- Contacting, engaging and closing the targeted retailers.
- Preparing and negotiating LOIs working with legal team when necessary to facilitate and expedite lease negotiations from LOI stage to final lease execution.
- Preparing and submitting accurate deal packages which include all accompanying analysis, checklists, financial reports, etc.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Must have Managed hotels Business development role
- Should have a history of real estate relationships and a deal sheet for new deals and renewals.
- Previous successful experience in commercial leasing required, preferably in the North India market.
- Experience in planning, preparing, marketing, prospecting and executing hotel leasing contracts
- Must be a savvy professional sales person
