Please find below the details of a job opening we have with our Retail Client based in Delhi.

Company- Retail Client ( Apparel & Fashion )

Position- Projects Manager

Location- Delhi

Experience- 8-9 yrs. in project execution ( at least 4-6 yrs.in a retail company )

Qualification-Graduate degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Salary- upto 11-12 LPA

Role:-

- Ensure the execution of new outlet project.

- Ensuring approval from govt. and local authorities for project commencement.

- Negotiate with project agencies/suppliers.

- Responsible for proper maintenance of existing outlets,warehouses and office complex.

- Look for new methods for proper utilization of infrastructure.

Functional Skills :

- Understanding of Retail industry and infrastructure needs.

- Understanding of Store and Warehouse layout.
