Manager - Projects - Online Game Development

- Have a strong domain knowledge of Poker, Rummy & Teen-Patti Online Game Development.

- Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution.

- Business and P&L ownership, Diversification

- Responsible for profitability and day-to-day operations

- Sales and marketing, Monetization strategies

- Player acquisition, retention, brand management

- Responsible for all technological aspects including Server administration, Security, Database design and management, Website design, development and maintenance, Software Development., creative artwork development.

- Analyzing and researching market trends, competitors and implementing them to Market research competitor analysis.

- Responsible for coordinating with team spread across multiple geographical locations.

- Responsible for complete ownership of the product features for Web and Mobile and roadmap.

- Motivating and leading a high performance management team, mentoring team members to cultivate skills and to increase consciousness of the interrelationship between each department in the operations group
