Job Description:

As a Project Sales Representative for Decowood Veneers and Mikasa wooden floors in MP, you'll be responsible for driving sales and expanding the distribution network.

Your key duties include:

- Distributor, Wholesaler, and Direct Dealer Management:

- Identify and manage existing distributors, wholesalers, and direct dealers.

- Seek out and establish relationships with new distributors, wholesalers, and direct dealers to generate sales leads.

Distribution Network Expansion:

- Analyze the existing distribution network and identify gaps for expansion.

- Implement strategies to bridge these gaps and grow the distribution network.

Sales Management:

- Maintain a balance between primary and secondary sales to ensure steady revenue generation.

- Manage schemes, targets, and incentives for both primary and secondary sales, focusing on quantity and value targets.

Product Knowledge and Marketing:

- Understand the pricing and discount structure of Decowood Veneers and Mikasa wooden floors.

- Promote the unique selling points and quality of the products to potential customers.

- Organize and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities such as in-shop displays, wall paintings, dealer certificates, etc.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Conduct dealer meets and visits to ensure strong relationships and support for sales activities.

- Work with influencers such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Sales Target Achievement:

- Adopt a proactive "go-to-market" attitude to achieve sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
